Workshop at StartUps Laboratories:
Workshops at Baker Hughes’s Florence Campus:
Workshops at Baker Hughes Florence Campus, where the startups
have been introduced to the Baker Hughes’s various departments and operations. The activities included visits to
production areas, research and development facilities, innovation laboratories and technical training
academy. The startups had the opportunity to meet with key employees, ask questions, and gain insight
into the Baker Hughes’s culture and operations.
Workshop at Baker Hughes’s Laboratories:
Connection to Baker Hughes’s laboratories, where startups get to see various
research, development and innovation projects being carried out by BH’s teams. Startups are shown the
equipment and facilities used by the scientist and engineers, and given an overview of the research
methodologies and techniques used. At the end of the tour, collaborative sessions were facilitated by Baker Hughes’s
innovation experts for the identification and analysis of use cases of mutual interest.
Workshop at Baker Hughes’s production plants:
Leveraging Baker Hughes capabilities to incubate technologies

Batch 1 Remarks
The Energy Ideas Program has provided us unique access to production plants, to high-level subject matter experts and technicians, and a structured, guided and well-received (by internal business units) open innovation process
Adaptronics
We found especially valuable the support on the technological side as well as on financial/market/economics aspects. The experience has been very positive and valuable for us, providing us a lot of food for thought, which always brings new ideas
Resilco
Thanks to this program, we had the opportunity to explore potential fields of application that otherwise we would never have been able to deal with
